     1.  Agreement:
  • You and Sarang Innisfree Online Store agree that your order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your order ("Product Name and Quantity") on the terms and conditions listed below which will become a contract ("Agreement"). When you send your order to purchase Products to Sarang Innisfree Online Store, that order shall constitute your agreement to these terms and conditions of purchase.
     2.  Your personal information
  • Any order place by you with this blog, must contain your name, email address, delivery address and contact number, so that we can process your order.
  • Sarang Innisfree store online does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
     3.  Payment Information
  • Payment Mode:
    Payment made by credited into our bank account only will be accepted as confirmed order.
  • Taxes:
    Purchaser is responsible for any and all taxes (including Value Added Taxes), fees, customs duties, tariffs, and other charges associated with his or her order from Kota Kinabalu to the customer's delivery location. These charges are levied once the package reaches its destination country.
  • Errors:
     In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, Sarang Innisfree Online Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. The Sarang Innisfree Online Store will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment. 
  • Delivery details:
    Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve holidays.
    Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin processing until the next business day.. An order processing generally takes 48-72 hours. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment, which could delay your order. Your order may be packed into more than one package. The products are normally received within 7-14 business days from the order processing. Occasionally, due custom, it will take time to arrive. If you wish to deliver the goods to your location, postage fee from Kota Kinabalu to your location will be made by your side. Delivery within 15km from Kota Kinabalu area will be FOC.

Note :
  • The above amount is not inclusive of 10% fuel surcharge, 10% handling charges and 5% GST
  • No 5% GST for item posted from Langkawi and Labuan

We will not have any liabilities or responsibility for any damage which occurs to the Goods after delivery.
